FAQs

How much does the training cost?

All of our training courses are designed according to the individual needs of our clients, so it isn’t possible to give a standard set of prices. The cost is based on a range of factors including number of participants, media to be covered, and location of training. If you let us know what your requirements are, we will get back to you with a cost within 24 hours. (Request a quote here)

Where does the training take place?

Most of our training takes place at our clients’ own offices. Our camera crews are expert at recreating studio conditions in office meeting rooms, and this is often the most convenient option for our clients. However, we can also arrange training at working broadcast studios.

What information do we need to provide before the training?

We will need names and job titles of participants plus some realistic and relevant material upon which we can base our interview exercises.  Media training courses work best when the interview topics are those that the participants have had to deal with in the past, are handling at the moment or may be handling in the future.  Press releases, Q&A papers, internal presentations or position papers are the kind of documents that will help the tutor to prepare for the interviews and to make them as realistic as possible.

How much notice do I need to give to arrange a course?

We can arrange training in as little as 24 hours – or at even shorter notice if a client has an urgent request. However, the more notice we are given, the more likely we are able to find a date that suits you.
