Our crisis management training courses are designed to prepare your spokespeople to effectively handle the media in the event of a crisis.
To prepare each training session, we develop a detailed crisis scenario, with your input, which forms the basis of the media exercises throughout the session.
Typically, the crisis scenario is divided into several parts to reflect the unfolding events in a real crisis.
The first part, for example, is usually based around the crisis first breaking and will accompany appropriate media exercises such as a doorstep or initial statement.
As the crisis unfolds and more details are revealed, more in depth media exercises are covered, such as down-the-line interviews and press conferences.
