Our media training courses are designed to prepare your spokespeople to talk about your organisation, your products and services, and general industry issues.
Each course is designed and delivered based on your organisation’s specific requirements.
Before the training takes place, the trainers research the issues that the participants are likely to be interviewed about by the media, in order to prepare the interview exercises. These can be developed to test the participants in both pro-active messaging interviews and reactive hostile interviews.
The approach on the training day provides the most effective balance between theory and practice. At each juncture of the course, the trainers provide an introduction to the theory of the respective interview format and then allow all participants to put the theory into practice. The interviews are then played back with analysis and detailed feedback provided by the trainers.
All training and feedback focuses on both the style and content of participants’ interviews as well as advice on refining key messages.
